Free yoga with Rebel Yogi - 12 PM

Rebel Yogi was founded to help social entrepreneurs, activists, and other positive changemakers find their path to sustainable personal impact. As well as teaching yoga and mindfulness practices, Rebel Yogi's founder Jessica believes wholeheartedly that we all hold the capacity to rise above the status quo and innovate to create positive change in both our individual lives and our world at large.

This is an all levels class. Bring a mat or a towel if you can.

A 4 piece string band that formed in the spring of 2013. The members all like all kinds of music and all like to sing

Traditional old-time music from Appalachia. Get up and boogie or sit back and listen.
